We try to make sure that the items you see are as accurate as possible. However, watching the fabrics or products on your device can have minor color differences from the actual product. It is due to variances in cloth dyes, lighting, product placement, and color settings during the photo shoot.

“Feminista” reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection expenses, and legal expenses from persons who use the Site fraudulently/mischievously, as well as the right to take legal action against such persons for fraudulent/mischievous use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or inactions in violation of the mentioned terms and conditions.

We, as a merchant, accept no responsibility for any loss or loss resulting directly or indirectly from the decline or the authorization of any Transaction.

Return & Exchange

If a consumer wishes to return or exchange a product, they must contact us at feministaclothingnepal@gmail.com and provide a valid reason for the return or exchange. Customers can also contact us at our customer service number 9803364780 which remains open from Sunday to Friday between 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM, except for declared holidays.

Delivery Charge

 We are mostly based in Kathmandu, but provide delivery services to the possible areas of Nepal.

  • Delivery charges are applied based on the location and urgency of the delivery. For instance, the rate for delivery inside Ringroad is Rs. 100 and outside Ringroad (in the outskirts) is Rs. 150. The rates for urgency might differ slightly.
  • Additional charges are taken in case it’s an urgent delivery. Else, delivery takes place between 1- 2 working days within the valley. Delivery outside the valley depends accordingly, about 3 – 7 working days.

Duties and Taxes

  • All taxes and duties are included in the product pricing listed for customers in Nepal.
  • You are responsible for all import duties, customs duties, local Sales/Vat taxes, and any other taxes levied by the country.
  • In order for the product to be delivered via transport/courier services, these taxes/duties must be paid at the time of delivery.

 Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be accepted.

Damage/ Defective/Wrong Supply of products

  • Before accepting the package from the logistic services or courier, customers should double-check the ordered products and amount.
  • Inform us via E-mail or to our social media pages within 24 hours of receiving products.
  • The above-mentioned return policy applies to such damaged or defective products. Customers will, however, receive their whole payment or be exchanged without any additional shipping charges if the complaint is true.
