Terms & Condition

• These return and exchange policies apply only to Feminista’s direct sales. These terms and conditions are not available if they are sold by a third party.
• In the case of returns, the original shipping charges and duties are non-refundable.
• Customers within Kathmandu Valley: The product must be returned to us within 5 days from the date it was shipped to the customer
• Customers within Nepal: The product must be returned to us within 8 days from the date it was shipped to the customer
• The exchanged items must be taken immediately; you cannot wait to exchange them for something later.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, complete with all tags, packing materials, courier receipt, and invoice.
• If a client requests an alternate product, you must return the products in accordance with the above T&C. For the delivery of the exchanged products, the shipping charges and duties must be paid again. Only if the shipment error was caused by us will the expenses be waived.
